SAMPLE PROCESSING AND AUTOMATION
ZERO Automation
ZERO Automation is designed to suit your customer's specific application and budget. These systems are considered engineered products and are quoted individually for every project. Parts handling methods, such as indexing turntable (A-200 and A-205 cabinets), overhead conveyor, roller conveyor, belt conveyor, tumble belt or other handling methods can be employed. PLC controls and robotics can be incorporated.
Complimentary sample processing for manual or automated blasting, peening, and finishing applications is offered.
We recommend that you always contact your Territory Manager to discuss your potential project before proceeding further.
Once it has been established that you or your customer will send parts for processing, follow the steps below.
Sending Parts for Sample Processing- Complete the RFA form (in back of this book). Indicate where parts should be shipped following processing.
- Consult Territory Managers for the number of parts required for processing.
- Ship (prepaid) the requested number of parts to:
IMPORTANT Enclose a copy of the RFA document with the shipment.
