Blast machine packages on this page have TLR pneumatic pressure-release remote controls. The machines are equipped with a Quantum6 abrasive metering valve with abrasive cut-off switch. Each package also includes an Apollo 600 HP DLX helmet for use with compressed air as the breathing-air source. All standard 3.0 and 6.0 cuft blast machines have a working pressure rating of 150 psi. Blast machine capacities, stated in pounds, refer to abrasives (such as mineral slag) which weigh about 100 lbs per cuft. Comparatively, steel grit weighs 250 lbs per cuft.
