Revolving barrel groups rotate in opposite directions on independent axis driven by the planetary drive system. Media and working parts are worked under dual centrifugal forces which create an efficient and uniform chamfer, debur or polishing action.

VibraHone™ Vibratory Bowls and High-Energy Mass Vibratory Finishing Machines provide high-energy, high-amplitude finishing, polishing, preplating and deburring and can utilize the full spectrum of Vibra Finish media.
The steel plate machine cover features dual left and right side shutters, and a front sliding door equipped with a safety lock for safe operation and safe and convenient loading and unloading of parts and media. Motor, Media Trough and Rotary Barrel Assembly The motor base is mounted on an adjustable bolt and can be moved up or down to adjust the tightness of the the motor belt. A media trough in the center of the unit facilitates loading (pouring) of the media, water and work parts mixture into the machine barrels. The rotary barrel plate assembly is composed of a belt assembly, chief axis, gear, chain assembly and fixed four-barrel group. The inner cartridge poly-urethane barrels can be replaced when they become worn out. Control Panel and Electrical System The CB-60 is equipped with a world-class Inverter for precision speed adjustment to match the specific requirements needed for various working parts. Barrel angle can be adjusted by push-buttons on the control panel. The machine is also equipped with an AC electromagnetic brake, a hand brake, and a two-way ON/OFF switch for safe operation. The Seller warrants its equipment for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, or two thousand hours of operation, whichever occurs first, against defects in material and workmanship, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Seller, and has the right to replace any product proving defective. This warranty does not apply to common wear items such as belts, hoses, submersible compound pumps, etc. The Seller guarantees recommended processes and production rates only to the extent that they are established and authorized in writing by Seller's Customer Service Department. The Seller's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at the Seller's factory of any machinery part or parts thereof which shall be returned to the Seller with transportation charges prepaid, and which Seller's examination discloses, to its satisfaction, to have been defective. The warranty shall not apply to any equipment, which has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or failure on the part of the Buyer to follow Seller's maintenance specifications. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties concerning the goods purchased and supersedes all quotations, agreements, conversations, understandings, or contrary terms of purchase. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. the seller disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, of merchantability of the goods or of the fitness of the goods for any purpose beyond those stated above. |
