N/A At Ono Brewing Company a Moisture Block desiccant dryer and oil water separator are being used. Owner Scott has used this setup for 2.5 years and have had no issues. Brewhouses and Keg Cleaners have pneumatic valves and do a clean air purge of the kegs. Having clean dry air is extremely important. |
